We have chosen Jannis Sams multiple times in the last 20 years since she became a licensed real estate agent. She markets the homes we've sold aggressively and they have sold quickly without sitting on the market for months on end. Two of the homes we've put on the market: One sold in less than 24 hours and the other sold in two days. Jannis Sams is professional, polite, and respectful. Jannis Sams was excellent and made this process as smooth and easy as possible. I am very pleased and will recommend her to others. She listened to what we were saying & showed us property that met our needs. It saved us so much time! When our choice was made & it was time to close on the house, I had several questions. I knew it could be overwhelming. But the closing was quick, professional and easy to understand. I felt well prepared by Jannis. Jannis & Tim Sans are willing to work weekends. She showed us the house we eventually bought on a Saturday evening. As it was a REO, she had less than 24 hours to prepare our offer as there was a 6 pm deadline the following evening for submitting bids. We were wanting to drive back to West Virginia the next day, too. She got the offer prepared that evening. Jannis had previously helped our son & daughter-in-law buy a house & before that she helped our daughter-in-law's parent buy a house.We would recommend Jannis & Tim Sams (they work together) without reservation.
