I was pleased with Jannis from the start. She was very friendly, professional, and flexible and worked hard to find a property that fulfilled my needs and desires at a price I could afford to buy with cash. I wanted to buy a home with 3 bedrooms, an attached garage, and a fenced in yard (for my large dog). Jannis used her obvious experience as a realtor to narrow down the search. After listing my previous home in Florida and finding a buyer, I spent all my time living up in Cleveland with one of my sisters. Just when it looked like none of the properties Jannis showed me would be a match, Jannis found a new listing that turned out to be the home I bought. Thanks to her diligence, I will soon be moving into that home. Also, Jannis worked out with the seller's agent some repairs that I felt needed to be made. I would highly recommend Jannis to anyone wishing to buy or sell property.
