Jannis aided our daughter with her home purchase a year ago. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. The transaction flowed so smoothly and we wanted that same experience. We were not disappointed. Jannis & Tim Sans are willing to work weekends. She showed us the house we eventually bought on a Saturday evening. As it was a REO, she had less than 24 hours to prepare our offer as there was a 6 pm deadline the following evening for submitting bids. We were wanting to drive back to West Virginia the next day, too. She got the offer prepared that evening. Jannis had previously helped our son & daughter-in-law buy a house & before that she helped our daughter-in-law's parent buy a house.We would recommend Jannis & Tim Sams (they work together) without reservation.
