I had a great experience buying a house with Jannis Sams. She somehow knew my direction in some instances more than I did. She was professional, yet personable and that made for good conversation along the way. It was difficult to find a home a first because such high demand. However, right on time I found exactly what I had prayed for. I knew she was the realtor God used to place it in my hands. So I give him all the glory and thanks for he guided the entire process and it was a smooth one. Thank you, Jannis! I appreciate ALL!

Brandy Coleman

The only downside to closing on our house is that now I don't get to talk to Brandy as often! During this process she was so sharp, responsive, knowledgeable, even, and supportive. I'm so thankful to have been matched with her to go through our home-buying process in a new city. She busted her rear end to make sure we had whatever we needed.
