I feel Jannis is very knowledgeable in the local market & pricing. I am comfortable communicating with her & I feel she has always been honest with me on what is a good price for me to sell depending on if I want a quick sale or to wait. Most important is the fact that I feel she is honest & that means a lot to me. I have listed a house with Jannis three times & every time if there was any difficulty in the negotiating process, I feel she has done a great job & was critical in getting it closed.Jannis is professional while at the same being very easy to communicate with & work with.
